We partnered with REI to develop the go-to-market strategy for their new Adults' Non-Gendered Active Pursuits collection. Over the course of 8 months, we worked closely with REI's creative, merchandising, design, and retail teams.
Our role spanned product and creative strategy, focusing on elements like hang-tags, visual communication, and in-store placement and layout.
Additionally, we helped develop and facilitate REI employee training, ensuring a deep, holistic understanding of the product design and how to effectively communicate its unique qualities to consumers.
